Hi,
I want to automatically skip.(=Skip Automatic User Acceptance)
I added "Skip Automatic User Acceptance" from case option in HR Service Configuration.
But it happens.
I set the '' to 'workflow', but does it not work when I set it to workflow?
How can I skip it?

Hi,
There is a business rule responsible for the making all HR case go to 'Awaiting acceptance case'. Look for Business Rule: Add User Acceptance State
Try marking it inactive for a check in sub-prd instance & try understanding the difference.
