Hi All,
I have created one email notification which will trigger to user and also have kept the manager in CC using the email script and have called the same in email notification, after completing I have tested this scenario and found that it was triggering to manager in cc from the record view and also from the email logs I was able to see the manager in copied column. Could any one please let me know how should the same scenario be tested in email outlook? Kindly help!!!

Hi,
The best person to confirm this is the user who is in CC if they received the email unless some email filters blocks the email based on company policy.

sorry, but I don't understand your question. You have tested everything, but your are not responsible for the recipient side. Apart from asking the manager to have a look into his Outlook I don't see any way for testing.

Hi Maik,
I have tested the outlook part by giving one of our teammates email, but found that the email was not sent to the manager(team mate email). Could you please let me know if we have any properties to be enabled for CC Recipients.

If your testing this in UAT instance . you need to add email under email properties--email--send to email--manager email or your email// all testing emails will be sent to this person
