Hi All,
I have created one email notification which will trigger to user and also have kept the manager in CC using the email script and have called the same in email notification, after completing I have tested this scenario and found that it was triggering to manager in cc from the record view and also from the email logs I was able to see the manager in copied column. Could any one please let me know how should the same scenario be tested in email outlook? Kindly help!!!

Hi,
The best person to confirm this is the user who is in CC if they received the email unless some email filters blocks the email based on company policy.

Hello,
You can test it by enabling email sending properties .Navigate as shown in screenshot
Check that check box highlighted above .
NOTE: Please do this in your UAT or DEV instance it should be your lower instance
