HR Agent Workspace - Can't create an HR Case

Hi everyone!

I am having a problem on HR Agent Workspace that is that I can't create an HR Case.

 

When I click the Create case button it is clickable, but it turns grey like I am clicking it still and does not create the HR Case, It stays stuck in this process (See image below).

Anyone knows why?

Wanted to see if this issue has been resolved, and may I ask what was the fix and root cause? Thank you

Hey all - we just had this issue as well and here is what we did to fix it.

 

The issue is there is a field that is in the 'Case Creation Configuration' page for the service(s) that is not visible on the Workspace view of the respective COE. So you just need to expose that field on the Form Builder and the Create button should work now (same if you have a dot-walked field in the Case Creation page, that dot-walked field needs to be on the form view).

 

Once we added the custom field Sender Email on the workspace form, it allowed us to create.
