Highlighted list view

Hi All ,

In hr agent workspace i have highlighted field need attention true false but this is highlighted only in home page list view but not highlighted in other list like assigned to me , opened for , closed etc in ServiceNow

 

Configuration done in Highlighted value and in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management application
