HR Agent Workspace: Change From and Reply To within "Reply", "Reply All" and "Forward" functionality

Hi there,

I'm looking to change the "From" and "Reply To" email address within the HR Agent Workspace "Reply", "Reply All" and "Forward" functionality. Is that at all possible?

The addresses that are used now, are our "default/general" emailaddress, but for the HR Agent Workspace, we want to use another address.

Please see included screenshots for clarification. Thanks!

did you try checking the email client template for that table?

there is an option for Reply Email

Navigate to Email client>Email client template

See the Reply to field, if not on form then change from List

Yes, I have a Email Client Template for the HR Agent Workspace table ("sn_hr_core_case"), but unfortunately, this template only works while using the "Email Composer" functionality:

As per this KB the reply, reply-all, forward uses the default email client template
