HRC form not loading completely

What could be the reason why Hrc form that is made of 2 column on load start to only load one column. It forced user to clear the cache and browser history then log back in to have all columns appearance. This is happening only on HRC form not on the INC form or REQ form

Hi @Gabriel Alowa s ,
Check any recent custom client script or UI policy in HRC form may causing this issue or also check any error in client script browser console. It seems like HRC Form wise customization issue and cache as well.
