Hi there,
I'm looking to change the "From" and "Reply To" email address within the HR Agent Workspace "Reply", "Reply All" and "Forward" functionality. Is that at all possible?
The addresses that are used now, are our "default/general" emailaddress, but for the HR Agent Workspace, we want to use another address.

I have managed to create Email Client Template for by example "Reply - Received" within table "sn_hr_core_case", but unfortunately it does not trigger automatically while using "Reply" withing HR Agent Workspace. But it's available for manual selection. How can I automate this?
There is no UI Action for "Reply", "Reply All" or "Forward", available.
