HR agent workspace interaction record history data is not visible for some users and some user  what will be cause of that

Have you tried checking below places:

• Missing required roles (e.g., sn_hr_agent, sn_hr_core.case_reader).
• ACL restrictions on interaction / interaction_related_record.
• HR Criteria / User Criteria not matching the user.
• COE-based access restrictions (e.g., Benefits, Employee Relations).
• Workspace component visibility rules filtering history.
• HR data segregation by department/region.
• Customization or OOB update misconfiguring interaction widget.
