HR Agent Workspace- on HR case record form, 'At a glance' section, 'View all cases' link not working

Hello all,

We are facing issue with 'At a glance' section link that expected to open list of HR Cases.

 

Issue:

1. Go to HR Agent Workspace.

2. Open any HR Case ticket, on right side 'At a glance' section, click on 'View recent cases'.

3. In the same section scroll down to bottom, and click on 'View all cases' link.
It should open list of HR Cases (cases opened for user). but nothing happens and not opening any list.

Please let us know if there is any way to location the root cause and apply the solution for it.

Resolution

1. The issue is seen for HR cases, which have an empty 'Subject Person' field.
2. The issue is not seen when the 'Subject Person' field has a value.
3. This is as per the design.
4. Check the page configuration > at a glance > user field to see the default values to view at a glance.
5. You will see at a glance for the cases which has subject person, if not at a glance will not be visible.
