HR agent workspace suspend reason gets overwritten

Hi Everyone,

 

There's this odd behaviour that we have noticed in our environment, wherein when users suspend a case for the first time and they select the second option, it gets overwritten by the first option which was selected by default. Everything was OOB asides from the custom choices we made for the field itself, the ui action, client script, ui page, script include as all OOB and weren't customized. The field was is string with Choice list Specification of Dropdown with -- None -- but this option does not show up on the field itself.

@edosky The issue may be that the choice field has a default value set (either explicitly or implicitly), causing the value to revert back to the default when users try to select something else.

Is it Fixed? what changes you have done

I am having this same issue, no idea why....... Anyone figured this out? What needs to be changed?
