HR PDF Template
Navigate to HR Administration > HR Document Templates
Select the New button and select the PDF Document Template
Select whatever table you need your document to be generated on. Set the Template type as Docusign Templates and select one of the templates that you had pulled in from the DocuSign account templates (this references the DocuSign > Templates module list).
Select the Get Template Fields related link
Once the list is populated for the PDF Template Mappings, you’ll need to add the mapping field to each one. These map to the fields of the table you selected when creating the HR PDF Template.
Once it is done, then add this document template to the HR Template.
General DocuSign Spoke Information
In order for a user to be able to sign an embedded form from an HR Task, they will need to have the sn_docusign_spoke.docusign_user role.

@Shraddha Kadam Thanks for sharing these inputs but I am trying for the use case where we can select the Signing Type as DocuSign in PDF Template directly . Here in this case Document task is not getting created
FYI:- As of now I have not created any OAuth records for this
just installed the plugin
@Shraddha Kadam any idea why I am not able to see Template Type as DocuSign Template in attached screenshot
