HR Case Management fields not visible

Ive installed the HR application on my dev instance but I have found that only the System Admin account is able to see certain fields within the case management form
For example 'Opened for' and 'Assigned to'
I assumed this must be role related so I gave a user every HR role that there is and they are still unable to see these fields.
Any ideas where I am going wrong?

Did you check the ACLs?
You can navigate to Debug security and impersonate the user and see which ACL is blocking the read access.

Please check with enabling the debug security and check the remaining acls which are conflitting.
session debug > debug security > enable it
and check non admin user, which are failing those acls.

Hey Bailey,
Firstly, have you checked whether the fields are on the form? To do that please navigate to form layout and check whether those fields are on the form or not. If yes, then I suggest you check field level ACL's on that particular fields.

Hi
Thanks all for the advice.
I can see the fields on the form when I am using my system admin account. Thanks for the suggestion around the debug function, I'd forgotten about that.
I've enabled that now, So looking at the first screen grab I posted where I cant see the opened by data this is the debug info
I've not used the debug before so forgive me if I get things wrong but I think this means I should check the sys_user.name acl which I've done
Maybe I've removed the role or condition when I was doing some previous experimentation. Can anyone tell me what this should be OOTB?
