HR Case Management fields not visible

Ive installed the HR application on my dev instance but I have found that only the System Admin account is able to see certain fields within the case management form

For example 'Opened for' and 'Assigned to'

I assumed this must be role related so I gave a user every HR role that there is and they are still unable to see these fields.

Any ideas where I am going wrong?

If you haven't given any condition. then that must be fine. Or if you want some particular roles should see that field the add that respective role.

You are on the wrong ACL. On the debugging logs, can you please search for fields on which you have issue like opened_for or assigned_to (mention correct field names)

The only errors in the debug record on that page are for sys_user.name which is why I assumed it would be that acl causing the issue.



Here is debug info for the opened_for read field. To me this suggests its ok?

Please check the acl, hr_case.*/ read access which shows error


Which users contains the all the fields read access, if you specify your role in this you can see all the fields.


The Hr_case.* read has no roles or conditions applied unfortunately and there is no acl for Hr_case.opened for / read just one for write
