HR Case number is empty when Lifecycle event was created by flow.

Hello, there.

 

I've found that there is one HR Case number is empty on my instance.

This case is Lifecycle Event Case that was created automatically by flow.

I loaded 4 data at once, but only that one's number is null.

I tried to load another data and have found every data has HR Case number this time.

I didn't change anything.

I've never seen that HR Case number is missing before.

 

I checked the following question.

However, I can't find any solution from that article.

 

 

Any idea?

This is a wild guess, but perhaps an ACL is the issue? I know there is a task.number write ACL out of the box that the Flow may not be getting around.
