HR cases are not getting assignee to group.

Hi Friends,
We have have a record producer where inside record producer script we are trying to assignee cases to a assignment group, But when HR cases are getting submitted we are getting errors -
No agents meet the auto-assignment criteria for HRC0XXXXX
And cases are getting created with empty assignment group.
Can anyone please help me what we can check and where to check to check these issues.

Hello @SowmiyaC ,
Open the created HR Service and in the Case options field add Skip Auto Assign options. After doing that create HR assignment rule.
