There is an issue in prod explaining that the HR cases are Reverting back to Ready state from Work in progress, awaiting acceptance, closed complete...... and so on
Another concern is that in the history it shows that the user updated the state, but the user explained that they did not make any changes
I need help with this scenario, how can i find the solution to this
