Hi
I have 2 Questions
Question 1:
Is it possible for the end users to view the Interaction logs in the standard ticket page near the Attachment tab?
Question 2:
Once the HR case is created from the agent workspace and it the agent share the HR case number to the end user then it is sending in the card format and the if the end user click on the HR case number it is opening in the ticket page where does this configured it is configurable ?
