HR Task Comments in Employee Center - Missing Notifications!

Hi everyone,
We're having trouble with notifications for HR Task comments in our Employee Center. Employees are adding comments to their assigned tasks (e.g., questions about onboarding), but HR isn't receiving notifications, so these comments are often missed.
Questions:
Has anyone addressed the issue of missing notifications for HR Task comments? What solutions did you implement to ensure HR receives immediate notification when a comment is added?
We've noticed HR Task Work notes sometimes appear on the parent HR Case. What script/business rule pushes these Work notes (or other comments) from the HR Task to the parent case? We want to understand the logic, hoping to adapt it to trigger notifications for all HR Task comments.

We created a custom business rule on the HR task table to copy task comments from employees to the parent case work notes and notify the case assigned to. Having the task comments centrally located on the parent case is helpful as it was too difficult for agents to monitor all the tasks.
