My team and I are new with the Human Resources Services, I have made the HR Service and the Record Producer, so I can see my Service in the Service Portal, but I'm having trouble with the Flow. We are used to make a Flow in the Flow Designer and attach it to the service, but I think is different in HR Services. I looked up a little and I think I need to make Service Activities instead of a Flow, what are your opinions?

If you simply looking for approvals and tasks then you can go with Fulfillment type as Service Activity, but if you have multiple conditions and complex logic then Flow is the way to go.

HR Service's service activity (sn_hr_core_service_activity) is only used for HR scope so it can not use for any type of task. I see you are trying to create a catalog task, which can only be created via Flow.
