HR Template link Templated and addition field usage

In Hr Templated what is the used of link templated fields and extra tab fields .

can you please provide me the some examples

Hi @SIVAMANIKR 

this is specific to HR Templates in ServiceNow HRSD.

When you configure an HR Template (like for an HR Case), you get two extra areas:

1 - Linked Template Fields

• These are fields on the target record (e.g., HR Case, Employee Document) that you want the template to automatically populate when applied.
• Think of them as “which fields on the case should be filled in when this template is used”.

2 - Extra Tab Fields

• These are additional fields that show up on the HR Case form UI, but are not part of the base template mapping.
• They allow case workers to manually fill in more details when using that template.
• Think of them as “bonus fields shown only when this template is selected”.

Link templated fields : Copy values from parent case into the child task.

Extra tab fields: Show extra fields in the template editor so I can set values that aren’t visible by default.

I have used this condition in TEMPLATED .

Same templated i have selected in HR agent work space and it's created 2 different cased .

I did not understand how to copy values

The field name is "Next related child template" which means it will work on the next related child of this record. The above cases that you shown in the screenshot - are they having parent child relationship ?
On the linked field match the child template will automatically apply to the related child. 

But this is classic UI and no longer used - as we have fulfillment type in HR Service with "Service Activity" so we can relate child tasks and relate template there directly.
