HR User Anonymity

We have just started using HRSD and one of the requirements, which we were sold on as being possible, was to have the comments from the Service Desk be anonymous, however I cannot find this as a configurable item anywhere. 

The comments would need to be anonymised to the customer user in the portal and in any notifications, but remain visible in the Service Desk space to allow for accountability. 

 

Any help on this would be appreciated as it's now being looked at by our upper management team. 

 

In case any of the terminology is wrong, I've attached some screenshots.

Hello, there is no out of the box functionality I am aware of that can do this.

However, other individuals have done so by customizing the Ticket Conversation widget in this post.
