Hello I am having an issue in the hr workspace where in the playbook view the message "This activity will become available after the previous activities are completed" is displaying like the record hasnt triggered yet even though it has.
This also means that the percent complete on the playbook activity set never shows 100% done.
As you can see the document task is tied to the parent case and in a state of open its just not reflected in the playbook

For anyone who has this issue we were able to solve it. There is a system property "sn_hr_le.playbook_state_mapping" which needs to be added to. Including the table and states to it.
