One of my COE forms isn't fully displaying

The Payroll form isn't fully displaying for us.  Even on an admin permission, the loading of the Payroll form appears to hang meaning that I can't right-click anywhere on the form to bring up the context menu.  I also notice that all related lists aren't showing up at the bottom of the form at all.

I'm not sure if this issue is limited to HRSD or is a general ServiceNow issue, but would like to know what kind of issues would prevent full loading of a form even for admin users.

This mostly happens if there is any issue on the client side scripts

check the browser console and see if you could find any errors with any client side scripts

 

1. check the client scripts and also check the UI policies(scripts inside them) and see if there is any issue

The problem is that this issue is happening in only one of my environments, and not the others.  We try to ensure that the code is consistent across all environments so I don't think it's a client script issue.

@tahnalos We did encounter similar issues in the past, some hints around the root cause can be gathered by inspecting the problematic form via the Right click + inspect option on the browser. You can check the errors in the console for details. We created a ServiceNow support case and shared the error details with them. ServiceNow support helped us in resolving the issue.
