Do the tasks that are added to an Activity Set within a Lifecycle Event need to be from within HRSD, or can I add existing tasks from across the platform?
As an example, we have specific coordination tasks within another application on the platform that we would like to pull into the Activity Set. Can those tasks be leveraged within an Activity Set, along with HR tasks, etc?

Hi @johnmcorrigan,
You can add existing tasks from other departments to an Lifecycle Event if they are within a flow.
You can then add a new activity in the lifecycle event and set the activity type to ''Flow''.
Besides this, all activities need to be re-created within the lifecycle.
But that doesn't mean they are limited to only HRSD. You can add any department you want, but the configuration of the lifecycle itself will indeed be within the Lifecycle table, which is HRSD.
I will also explain more of these cases in the upcoming ATE session on June 3rd:
