Hi Everyone,

 

When you are in the Utah version of ServiceNow, you Should follow the procedure below.

1: Install the Employee Center (sn_ex_sp), Employee Center Pro(sn_ex_sp_pro), and  Employee experience     Taxonomy(sn_ect). 

2: Navigate to All > System Definition > Fix Scripts.

3: Search for Employee Center Easy Install or Set primary topics for employee taxonomy, open any of these.

4:  In the script, the field is there runManually. change the parameter value to true. 

5: Run the Fix script.
