can you please help to remove approval field is showing in the front end of service portal

Hello,

This could be coming from the Standard Ticket Configuration application area.

Have you checked there?

 

You could go to the Standard Ticket Configurations, locate the table your request is associated with, and see if the configuration is displaying that field.
