Hyperlink issue in Empoyee centre

Hi all,
I am trying to debug an issue but I am not getting anywhere. In employee Service Portal, whenever a user raises a case, the hyper link is coming if i hover on the case in my Request section in portal. But the thing is it is working only for HR General services and someother hr services.
It is not working for Employee relations cases. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. Any help would be fine.

This seems like a configuration issue. Note that all requests that appear on the My requests page get their details from the My Request Filters table (request_filter). For your ER case requests to show up on the page, there will be a record in the My Request Filters table. Go to this table, search for the ER case table name under the Table column and verify if the Portal page column value is filled (See below)
For me it shows hrm_ticket_page. Similarly you will need a value in your config.

Do you have a value under the Portal Page? Strange, I suspected the link doesn't work because you could be missing a page value there.
Also, when you hold ctrl + right-click on the My requests table on your portal, what is the name of the widget that's associated? I'm thinking now it could be a customized widget that isn't able to render the URL specific to your case

The thing is short description is not visible for employee relations case, but for other cases it is visible in employee centre
