Hyperlink issue in Empoyee centre

Hi all,

I am trying to debug an issue but I am not getting anywhere. In employee Service Portal, whenever a user raises a case, the hyper link is coming if i hover on the case in my Request section in portal. But the thing is it is working only for HR General services and someother hr services. 

It is not working for Employee relations cases.   I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. Any help would be fine.

Hmm... And have you checked the Primary field to display on your Request Filter config?

Just covering all bases here, does the case you are testing with contain a short description 😉
