Somehow I'm not able implement this.

I need this (i) preview button for Subject Person and Opened For and I'm not able to add this preview.

Why? How to do it please?

did you check if that i icon is disabled from dictionary config?

see if this is added ref_decoration_disabled=true

I could see that in my PDI OOTB

Did you check some customization is done to hide that i icon?

is it seen on native?

fresh installation of HRSD module - no customisation - forbidden.
