How to wrap text in HRSD lists

We recently went live on Zurich and have noticed that in HR Agent Workspace lists, the text is no longer wrapping like it used to before the upgrade. I've found some instructions online of how to wrap text, but it doesn't seem to apply to HR. Does anyone know how we can get text to wrap in lists in HR Agent Workspace (like it does in Service Operations Workspace still)? Thank you!

maybe you can provide more info like photo of current situation and photo of what you expect?

You can share screenshots for reference.

I would suggest that if the functionality was working before the upgrade and is not working after the Zurich release, it would be best to check with the Now Support team.

The first photo here is in the SOW, second is HR Agent Workspace...you can see on short description it will wrap on the SOW but it no longer does that for HR (it used to prior to Zurich upgrade)...

you actually can resize that column. when you hover on that column you will see option "resize".
