I want to know who is viewing a case at the same time in Agent Workspace

In Native UI we can see if more than one person is viewing the case.

we can see who all are viewing at the same time 

How to enable the same in Agent Workspace Washington version.

@sivamanikan Are you at the latest build of Agent Workspace for HR Case Mgmt? This is part of the OOtB. in the older versions (I believe 2.x, this was not available (User presence)), but is in the latest release. You may want to check if you are using a custom variant for the Case SRP where this would be visible (in the OOtB variant).
