I want to auto populate short description from interaction to HR case form while creating the HR case from interaction on click of create new HR case button on HR config workspace.
Also before clicking on Create new HR case from interaction. interaction record should be closed completed hence it should through error message to first close the interaction.
This we have done before in classic workspace. I want to know How it can be easily achieved in config workspace.
