Hello Community,
I want to make display the info message under the reference field. if any manual changes happen by agent on agent workspace case form field.
For Example: Job field is reference field. if i have updated manually . Field message should show case always under job field. "Updated by UserName(agent who has updated)".
how we can achieve this ? Thanks in advance.

you can enable audit on table and in activity log you can see which user updated which field

Yes, OOB behavior we can see the activity log if any manual action done on agent form. That I'm aware.
But, My Requirement is to Show case the message "Updated by Bhanu" under the field on agent case form always if any manual changes done by agent. Forgot about activity logs. we need to showcase under reference field if manual action done.
