KB Article Template - HTML fields empty when creating new article

Hi Community,
I'm working on KB Article Templates in ServiceNow (Employee Center) and I'm facing an issue with pre-filling default content in template fields.
**Context:**
I created a custom KB Article Template with two HTML fields:
- Population concernée (Order 10)
- Article (Order 20)
The template table created is: u_kb_template_af_rh_processus
The Preview Text in the template picker displays correctly, but when a contributor selects the template and opens a New Record, both HTML fields are completely empty.
**What I want:**
I want the HTML fields to be pre-filled with instructional placeholder text (bold titles + italic instructions) so contributors are guided on what to write directly inside the editor similar to how Word document templates work.
