Inbound email action email to case creation restricts for exiting email id

Hi All,
As per email to case creation requirement we have to create separate email id for India country & rest of the countries are using existing email id. But if we used existing email id then no case will be created for India & if we used email id for India then no case will be created for others country. How can we handle this scenario?
Currently both of the email id is creating a case for India by email to case Inbound email action, we want to restrict
Please assist here.

What do you mean with 'email id'? And what's the difference between an 'India' case and a 'non-India' case? It sounds you need a forward on two email boxes and depending on where it is coming from, you need to route the tickets.

Hi @Mark Manders ,
There are 2 different mailboxes for India & other countries users. For example: xyz@gmail.com ->Will be used for others country email to case creation & xyz.in@gmail.com ->Will be used for India country email to case creation.
So, routing the tickets what have to configure in ServiceNow end ?

Yes. You need to forward the emails from those mailboxes to ServiceNow and put your inbound (flow) actions on them coming in, where you can make a difference between the boxes they are coming from.
