Info message coming

Hi,

I have records in Portal content table. how this info msg coming any idea?

"The Variable Selector is not available. Use the Content Library to add variables when creating this content."

You are adding variables in a field that doesn't do anything with those variables. Not sure where the message exactly is configured, but it's your text that makes it come out.

Hi @Rosy14 I don't think you can add variables to a rich text editor. Hence the message indicates to use Content library to add variables

Did you ever get an acceptable answer for this?  I find this puzzling because I have previously been offered a tree to select the variable from and find it difficult to remember the syntax without it.

Allow personalizationEnables the use of variables taken from either the HR Profile or Sys User tables to personalize your content.

Select the box and User reference table appears.
