My instanmce is not waking from hibernation, Please help.

PDIs are not supported by ServiceNow.

You can't do anything else than wait, or release it and request a new one.

be patient, last week there have been 20+ people with the same issue, just wait and retry again.

It shall not be any issue..hopefully :))

let me know if it is still actual in more than 45-60 min, it shouldn't..

 

PS: the more you use your PDI the less time it usually takes to wake it up

Hi there, yes this issue has been noticed by a few users recently. Sometimes, instances take a little longer to wake from hibernation. You may kindly wait for a few minutes and try logging in again.

In the meantime, if your work is urgent, you can temporarily log in using another developer account to continue. Also, trying in incognito mode or a different browser might help.

  • I’ve noticed several queries recently about instances being offline, so you’re not alone. 
  • Patience is key in this situation, so I recommend waiting a little longer. However, if the downtime is disrupting your work, you can release the instance and request a new one to continue your tasks. This will erase all previous data.

Please note, there is no support available for PDIs
