I want system will calculate and display the ETTR in the HR Case list view if selected as an option

You will need to provide more information. How are you calculating? Do you have anything AI related installed on your instance? Without anything more than just this, the answer is very simple: calculate it and put it in a field on the table and display it.

We need to use AI so that this process happens automatically. I have a document related to it, but it's not working properly. I'm attaching it for your review.
