Is there a way to filter on HR Case values in a PA dashboard built around the metric result table?

I am trying to put a filter on my metric result dashboard to show things like Assigned to, COE, Assignment group, etc. When I put a filter on under HR Core Case and apply the filters, it doesn't seem to be working. I know the metric result table has trigger ID to show the HRC number, but I am not aware of another way to walk into the HR Case fields.

Have you created a breakdown, breakdown source, associated the breakdown to the automated indicator and marked "collect breakdown matrix"?
