Is there any way to Hide the Quick Action menu in the live chat.

in my PDI, there is not much to change but try to check in your instance.

 

Go to Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Agent Chat:

(perhaps a scope switching will be required)

@GAURAV333 another thing what I found are these ACLs, but not sure if it related to the same thing...
