Hi Experts,
There is a Workday Integration that is set up in our instance very long back.
Now I need to find whether its a custom one or OOB Connector?
How do I identify this? Can someone please help me understand?

Hi, I’m not sure which version of ServiceNow you are utilizing or what you’re trying to accomplish, so some of these steps may have changed, but based on my understanding of your question from the information you’ve provided, see my answer below.
In ServiceNow, you can determine whether a Workday integration is a custom one or an out-of-the-box (OOB) connector by following these steps:
Access Integration Hub: Log in to your ServiceNow instance with appropriate admin or developer permissions.
Navigate to Integration Hub: Go to the Integration Hub in your ServiceNow instance. You can usually find this by typing "Integration Hub" in the application navigator search bar.
Search for the Workday Integration: Look for the Workday integration among the listed integrations. You can use the search bar or scroll through the list.
View Integration Details:
a. Custom Integration: If it's a custom integration, you may see a unique name or description that doesn't match the standard OOB connectors. It might also have custom scripts or configurations specific to your organization's requirements.
b. OOB Connector: If it's an out-of-the-box (OOB) connector, it should have a standard name that corresponds to the Workday integration provided by ServiceNow. It will typically have predefined configurations that are part of the OOB connector package.
Review Configuration: Click on the Workday integration to view its configuration details. Pay attention to the settings and any customization that has been done. Custom integrations may have additional fields, scripts, or transformations, whereas OOB connectors will have standard configurations.
Check for Documentation: ServiceNow often provides documentation for its OOB connectors. If there is documentation specific to the Workday integration, it's likely an OOB connector. Custom integrations may lack official documentation or have custom documentation created by your organization.
Consult with Knowledge Owners: If you're still unsure after reviewing the details, consider consulting with the individuals or teams who originally set up the integration or the knowledge owners in your organization. They should be able to provide information about whether it's custom or OOB.
By following these steps and examining the integration's configuration and documentation, you should be able to determine whether your Workday integration in ServiceNow is a custom integration or an out-of-the-box connector.
Good Luck!
