Issue while accessing the Item - Servicenow

Hi @SandeshD 

looks like you are getting this error when you are querying user record.

You need to declare a "Application Restricted Caller Access" record for the mentioned script.

You have to create cross-scope privilege between the global scope and hr application scope as mentioned.
