Issue with Label vs Micro Label Formatting in Informational Text

Hi Community,

I’m facing an issue while configuring an Informational Text/Label field.

Requirement:
I need to display the following content as a label:

Heading:
  Paragraph line 1.
  Paragraph line 2.
  Paragraph line 3.

Upload document(s) relevant to the request.

 

Issue:

When I use a Label, a horizontal line appears along with it, which I want to remove.
When I switch to Micro Label, the horizontal line is not shown, which is good.
However, Micro Label does not support text customization (like bold text, formatting, etc.), which I need.


Question:
Is there any way to:

  1.Remove the horizontal line from a standard Label, OR
  2.Enable rich text formatting (bold, structured text) in Micro Label, OR
  3.Any alternative approach to achieve both clean UI (no line) and formatted content?
Any suggestions or best practices would be really helpful.

Use Variable Type :Rich Text Label.

 

 

You would be able to format your informational text as per your requirement. No Underline will be displayed in form.
