Saturday
Hello everyone,
My name is Murali Nagendra. I am currently working at Infosys as a Senior Process Executive, with 2.5 years of experience in BPM.
Over the past few months, I have been learning ServiceNow development. I have hands-on knowledge in Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Data Policies, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, Flow Designer, and Update Sets.
I am now planning to transition my career from BPM to a ServiceNow Developer role. I would really appreciate your guidance on the following:
Is it realistic to switch from a BPM role to a ServiceNow Developer role with my current experience?
Will my 2.5 years of experience be considered relevant in this transition?
What challenges should I expect while making this shift?
What additional skills would improve my chances of getting a developer role?
Any advice, suggestions, or real-time experiences would be very helpful.
Thank you in advance for your support!
