In Lifecycle event, Im trying to open a HR task template and it always opens blank page.
I open the Lifecycle event
Open an activity and open the associated HR task template and its always blank. But I just configured the template.
I tried to delete the template and try with a new template and still same
Can you please advice on this please???

Identified the issue as "When emoji present in the rich description, the issue occurs".
Fix: Remove the emoji from the description and should work as expected

Please check whether any custom ACL on the HR template is causing this issue. Ideally, this situation should not occur. Is this happening for all HR templates in your instance, or only for a specific lifecycle event–based HR template?
