unable to see HR Case Record History in agent workspace for hr case management

As an admin i should see the Record History but am unable to see the HR Case Record History in agent workspace for hr case management
Please help on this.

which table is present in that related list for Record History?

yes, I am unable to see the history and the table is sys_history_line

No, I can see all the data expect this Record History
