I have two questions in regard to Manager Hub configuration
My first question is about the Overview page, in the Manager Hub Team Brief's Widget Instance Options, there is a place for "Task ID" and "Approval ID". What configuration settings are these referring to on this page? I was having trouble deducing this in my personal demo instance.
My second question is about "Manager Tasks" and that configuration in Manager Hub. I know there are "to-do mappings" in the Manager Hub module, but I'm having trouble understanding what would qualify as a "Manager Task", and how the "to-dos mapping" module plays into that configuration pieces. I've looked through the documentation and Office Hour videos but am still having some trouble understanding this part of Manager Hub as a whole.
Thank you!

Hi @hfran7,
The “Task ID” and “Approval ID” fields you see in the widget are not pointing to HR tasks or approvals directly. Instead, they expect the sys_id of the configured To‑Do Filters you created for ESC.
The idea of a “Manager Task” works the same way. Manager Hub does not introduce a special task type, but a manager task is any item that becomes relevant to a manager through the To‑Do configuration. This could be an approval for a direct report, a journey task requiring manager action, or any other task you choose to expose via the ToDo filters.
The To‑Do framework determines which items qualify, and Manager Hub displays them only when the corresponding To‑Do Filter sys_ids are entered into the widget configuration.
