Manager Hub plugin enabled but not available! Why?

Trying to enable this on a PDI that doesn't appear to allow HRSD to be enabled.  Any idea how to enable on a PDI?

Sometimes it takes time to see the modules, menu

Hi @DavidMattd ,

Please logout and login back again.
After re-logging in, try searching for "Manager Hub" in the menu or modules.

If issue still persist after login back, please do the below steps.

a. Clear cache

b. Check permission for access of the Manager Hub plugin

c. Check plug in installation

d. Check in different browser

was expecting a whole other portal not for it to be just a link within the esc so was looking in the wrong places
