Meta tag is not working

I added the meta tag "Direct Deposit" to the catalog item "Payroll".
But when I search that meta tag on employee center portal the catalog item is not displayed in search result.

@shrikantkhodke Meta tags are not used in Portal AI search for catalog and knowledge articles. You need to use tags for it. Refer below article.

There is warning message also above meta field in catalog item

Add "Direct Deposit" deposit as tag in catalog item and the search it in portal.

But the other meta tags that i have added are working properly only this "direct deposit" meta is not working

@shrikantkhodke Meta tags does not get indexed in AI search. I had a same issue. Some English and Non-English keywords were not working in AI search. ServiceNow support team suggested me to move all the the meta tag to tags and it started working for all.

 

I would recommend you to go with Tag only.

I tried the method you have mentioned but still it is not working for "Direct deposit" word
